Women’s Mentoring Program
A major benefit of Power Camp for Women is the built-in monthly mentor
program we refer to as the Power Camp Community. Each woman who attends
Power Camp is automatically enrolled in our monthly mentor program. Our
professional development coaches meet on a regular basis with women who
have attended our trainings.
Our Mentor Program deepens the learning, broadens each woman’s network,
and expands professional development growth areas. It also provides a built-in
accountability system to reinforce new skills for the women. It’s much
easier to follow through with professional development commitments with
peer feedback and regular contact other women.
Each month we focus on a different topic. Some months we feature Power
Campers as guest speakers to give everyone more opportunities to demonstrate
their leadership skills.
